OSINTUS x Halmstad University

Tornike Dzamunashvili lectured on OSINT Fundamentals for Academic Research at Halmstad University, Sweden, as part of the SAYP Policy Integration and Transparency Practices module.

The lecture introduced open source intelligence to a research audience: the intelligence cycle, the scope and limits of publicly available information, and the legal and ethical boundaries of collection.

Particular attention was given to transparency practices — traceable sourcing, transparent reasoning and confidence levels — and to how these strengthen academic and policy research.

The module brought together participants from across the Swedish Institute's academy network.
