OSINTUS x 2026 EaP Civic Tech Hackathon

The T.R.A.C.E. team — represented by OSINTUS alongside international partners — won the 2026 EaP Civic Tech Award in Chișinău.

T.R.A.C.E. is an AI-assisted platform for tracking pro-Russian narratives as they move across borders and languages, linking coordinated behaviour to the narratives it amplifies.

The team built and presented a working prototype over the course of the hackathon, evaluated by a jury drawn from civil society, media and technology organisations across the Eastern Partnership.

The award recognises tools that strengthen democratic resilience and public access to verified information in the region.
